How I work
I start by understanding the business, not by trying to sell a particular product or service. Sometimes that means helping a startup put the right foundations in place. Sometimes it means modernising an established environment, delivering a specific project, improving resilience or simply providing dependable support when it is needed. Engagements are shaped around the business from practical day-to-day IT support and project delivery through to technology strategy, IT maturity reviews and ongoing senior IT leadership. The aim is always the same: technology that is appropriate, reliable and helps the business move forward.
